Bernal was founded in September 2000 after buying an oyster farm.
Brice is a producer based in Mèze on the Etang de Thau… He works with his father and sells his produce at markets and supermarkets.
He specialises in oyster farming but sells a wide variety of seafood: clams, mussels, prawns, urchins and the local speciality Tielle, a delicious pie filled with squid or octopus in a spicy tomato sauce. You'll love it !
