Artïts- 2nd edition is an exhibition of international engraving of women – or identified as such – that celebrates the status of women through the image.
They are 29 engravers to exhibit from France, Belgium, Spain, South Korea, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, Turkey.
The familiar reference to breasts (“tits”) draws attention to the issues affecting their gender. They seek - to establish a conversation through the image that goes beyond words and to promote understanding and progress in the field of women’s rights.
