Denis Féraud was born in August 1936 in Rousset, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire. As a teenager, he instinctively began painting but also became passionate about lyrical art and singing. At the age of eighteen, he “went up” to Paris and entered the Conservatoire de Musique. Four years later, he turned naturally to Italy and Milan, where he continued his studies and began a tenor career that lasted nearly thirty years. He frequents the prestigious scenes of Milan, Vienna, Paris. If he sings, he does not forget the painting. Over the years, a turning point is emerging, that of expressing itself not by music but by colors.
